Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Our delivery partner is Royal Mail and we aim to send out your treats the next working day.

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery service, deliveries take between 2-3 working days, depending on where you stay, deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take a little longer.

Our delivery prices are based on the weight of your parcel as follows;

UK up to 2KG              (0g–999g)£3.99

UK 2-9KG                   (2000g–9000g)£5.95

Returns Policy

At Logans Natural Treats, we are confident that your dog will be over the moon with our products however in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied we are here to assist you and our returns Policy explains what you can do. 

 

Damaged Goods

All our treat boxes and parcels are packed by our own hands, we take great care in this and would not pack anything we would not like to receive ourselves. Should your goodies be damaged in transit, please notify us by email and take a screenshot of the damaged goods to customerservice@logansnaturaltreats.co.uk within 14 working days and we will be pleased to replace it. 

Please see ‘To return an item’ (below) for details of how to return damaged goods to us. If you are returning an item because the goods are damaged, or you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to refund all delivery charges incurred by you (both for the initial delivery and for the cost of you returning it to us).

Incorrect item

 

We are a small family run business and as much as we will try our hardest to avoid it mistakes may happen. If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us by emailing customerservice@logansnaturaltreats.co.uk as soon as possible. Please return the incorrect item to us and specify the correct details that are missing. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible. We will not charge you for the incorrect item and will reimburse your delivery costs in returning it.

 

Cancelling an item 

Under the European Union’s Distance Selling Regulations, items returned within the 14 day cooling off period by customers located in the European Union have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until 14 working days after delivery. Exceptions are: foodstuffs, beverages, and any item made specifically for you. To cancel a contract for non food and beverage items, please send your complaint in writing giving the reason for the return as ‘Contract Cancellation’. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we are in receipt within 14 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.

 

Returns

 

At Logans Natural Treats we offer a 14 day return policy If you are not as excited about our tasty dog treats as we are. To return your goods please enclose all details of the purchase and give a reason (so we can hopefully improve our service) for your return and clearly advise whether you would like a refund or exchange. 

 

Pack the items back in the parcel, using the original packaging attach the invoice and return to the address we provide to you. For all returns, except where the item is faulty or when we have sent you an incorrect item, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
