If you choose a monthly subscription we do all the leg work, your monthly treat box will be delivered on the same day every month, less hassle for you and more treats for your pooch.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Please contact us at logansnaturaltreats@gmail.com or send us a message using the contact form at the bottom of this page. We can suspend or cancel your subscription at any point. The sooner you let us know, the quicker we can process your request.

All our dog treats should be stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Due to the natural drying process, our treats have a longer shelf life and will last a minimum of 3 months up to 6 months.

We often get asked if we can swap out treats in our treat boxes or bundles. We are happy to swap out treats for any reason. Please let us know when you check out which item you want us to swap. We will replace this with a similar item. Please note that if your dog has severe allergies, our treats will not be suitable. We store, handle and pack treats in the same area and cannot guarantee that there hasn't been cross-contamination.

Absolutely, all our treats are high in protein and low in fat. Our treats such as fish skin cubes, rabbit ears, hooves, sprats, beef tripe, and our gourmet liver sausages have a low-fat content. They are great for our furry friends who are watching their figure.

The term “crude ash” refers to the amount of minerals present in our treats, such as calcium, phosphorus and magnesium. It does not mean that we add ash to our treats.

Some of our treats do have a natural smell, but none are overwhelmingly stinky. Our treats are 100% natural and contain no chemicals or additives, unlike many high street brands that use flavorings or wash their chews in bleach to remove the natural animal smell. If you store them in an airtight container in a cool place, they should not smell to us. However, dogs have a great sense of smell, and what may seem smelly to us will be irresistible to your fur baby.
